My aim is to promote wellbeing in all aspects of the work I do. I am a breathing coach, management coach, and English teacher, and my methods of coaching always seek to promote balance and kindness to achieve physical and mental wellbeing. Life should be fun but we all encounter stressful or traumatic situations that can affect not only our interactions with others but also our mental and physical health. My wish is to help my clients improve their situation through practices that are simple, accessible and beneficial for the long term.
