For nearly 25 years, I have worked in the performing arts industry as a dancer, singer and actress. In 2018, I suffered what I now know to be an asthma attack. Despite being a healthy active individual, to suddenly have my breathing restricted due to anxiety and stress resulted in me wanting to discover more about something I had so often taken for granted. Learning breath and movement practices, I went on a journey of healing and discovery. Through this work, I transitioned into coaching, and feel so inspired to share the techniques that I have learned.
My work is based on tried and tested techniques steeped in research, and from my own personal experiences. I provide tools that my students can apply to and for themselves, and approach teaching with compassion, kindness and practicality. I’m devoted to facilitating individuals and groups reconnect to their breath and into a better way of living.
