I have been teaching yoga and meditation for 8 years now and am now practicing Accunect alongside this. All my work involves deepening mind/body connection and remembering how to live in the present moment.
Much of my teaching revolves around the breath, movement, good food, awareness of thoughts, surroundings, emotions and life and I love to see clients empower themselves to make change that betters themselves mind, body and spirit.
