It affects your bones, organs, muscles and lymphatic system. Most medically unexplainable back pain problems & headaches are actual consequences of stress response breathing patterns that we subconscously use in our everyday life.
My name is Mateja, and I am certified Tao Face Yoga instructor and Breathing Coach. I am in love with movement and all natural. Learning and practicing Pranayama (Yoga Breathing) has been life changing for me. I have been using breathing exercise to improve stress management in my everyday life and release backpain. My inspiration is to share this amazing tool with my clients, to help them keep in shape in the morning, balanced throughtout the day and relaxed at the evening. My mission is to help people to improve everyday lives to shift to their higher potential.
JuicyLifeYoga is my Yoga Breath Coaching & Tao Face Yoga practice. Here I offer one-on-one or group coaching sessions in person or online. Infusion of oxygen to the glands inside the brain by face muscles training & breathing, is the key to our rejuvenation, health, hormonal balance, emotional stability, focus, clearity of thoughts and power. I take very simple, science based approach effective for everyone. You feel results right from your first session, no experience needed. I will help you to include proper breathing and exercises in your everyday life.
