A certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer, and a former modern dancer and personal trainer in New York City, Gina has decades of experience helping people find balance and calm in the midst of high-intensity lives. She currently lives in Westchester County and teaches at her studio in Valhalla as well as in New York City.
