Ekaterina (Katy) took her first yoga class while studying at university. At the time, she couldn’t do a single Chaturanga, her hands would shake after class, and she swore she would never go back—but she always did! After five years of dedicated practice, Katy completed her first teacher training course and immediately began teaching private classes and working part-time at local yoga studios.
In 2016, Katy joined the YOGABODY team full-time, and today her focus is entirely on yoga teaching and training. As a passionate instructor and dedicated yoga student, Katy constantly broadens her horizons participating in teacher trainings and workshops. Her personal practice remains an Ashtanga Vinyasa (Mysore style).
