I live in Toronto, Canada. Currently teaching yoga and helping people find their balance in life. Learning and practicing Pranayama has been life changing for me and would love to share this gift with all. My Inspiration is to share this amazing tool with my clients to help them begin their day with positive energy and carry it throughout the day. I have been using breathing exercises to regulate stress and anxiety in life. These simple breathing techniques, are very powerful tool to regulate tensions in our lives.
