Breath is the first act of life and last. Yet many people never pay attention to it. As a new Breath Coach I look forward to helping people do just that. Reaping the profound benefits of proper breathing and tapping into whole body coherence. Adding this to my Pilates Classes will increase my students alignment and overall well-being. Plus they can take these safe, simple and scientifically proven techniques with them all day and be more mindful in every aspect of their live.
