I am a certified YOGABODY Breath Coach! Through my passion for bringing
awareness to the Art of Conscious Breathing, I feel empowered to create a
safe space for people to improve the quality of their life experience through
the power of Breath!
My background includes being an active stay at home mama…a lifelong
student and Yoga Teacher. As a mother of two, I have found Yoga Breathing
to be an amazing, simple, science based tool that works its magic to improve
well-being in everyday life…especially when things get a bit wild! I practice
Kundalini and Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and Chanting as part of my
daily life…and continue to explore body movement and mobility and the
incredible role the Breath plays in integrating both of them into the physical
My vision is for people to use simple foundational tools like our Breath – to tap
into freedom, creativity, confidence, joy…and have better lives…My mission is
to empower people with teachings and support they need to help themselves
in building up a daily Breathing Practice that serves them best!
Breathing Practices are accessible to absolutely everyone and can be taught
and practiced in Group Workshop sessions, Corporate Training Workshops,
Gyms, One-to-One- in person or in the comfort of your own home online. No
experience of any kind is needed!
