My interest in breathing came from the realization of how powerful our breath is on our body and overall health. Our breath rate is directly affected by the stresses in our life. While we can’t always control those stresses, we can control how we are affected by it.
My objective is to teach you a simple breathing practice you can use to balance and control your energy and stress levels form within. Remember, the body can go days without food but only minutes without air.
