I am grateful for having worked in different fields. As a translator and content editor, I have learned to be sensible when communicating with others. And thanks to my experience in customer service, community and relationship-building, I can understand people’s needs and support them in achieving their goals.
I have always been interested in the body and the mind, in improving my way of living, and creating a meaningful impact later on. Having been a fitness, mindfulness and yoga student for several years, I realised that I knew very little about the nature of the breath, the science behind it, and its benefits. Breathing stays with us from the beginning until the end of our lives, but how often do we think about it? The more I read about the subject, the more captivated I was. The decision to become a Breath Coach was a natural outgrowth of my research and interest. I wanted to integrate breathing practices into my lifestyle and share what I had learned.
