As a certified yoga facilitator in Ashtanga, Rocket and Yin we learn that the breath is the foundation to all the asanas. We'll look at how your breath changes throughout your day dancing from your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. We'll learn how to navigate these systems and better understand your breath patterns in relation to living and breathing. You'll learn how the dynamics of bresth alone can improve your state of mind, sleep cycle, digestion and so much more. The tools you'll learn will assist you in your day-to-day life to regulate your breath in various circumstances.
