Hi,

I am Britt. I am a Breath Coach and I believe that everyone deserves to live happy, healthy lives - mind and body.

Many of us have busy lives, often we neglect looking after ourselves and that includes our BREATH. I know this only too well from years of working in large corporate organisations where it often seems like there isn't enough hours in the day - then I found yoga and with that the introduction to THE POWER OF THE BREATH.

After my first session learning how I mindfully could use my breath to influence a balance in both body and mind I was sold - the evidence was clear when a friend said: You look completely different - Your face is happy!

When you become mindful of how you breathe you have the power to change your life, your mood and your energy by simply using breathing techniques.

I take a pragmatic approach to breath work, it's accessible to all of us and it must be:
