ANNIE FREYSCHLAG - I first encountered yoga after 7 years of working in a full-time work-from-home career. My search for a sense of community, a way to relieve the back pain I developed from computer work, and serious stress relief lead me to my first classes in yoga. After my first week of classes I was completely hooked—going to yoga several times a day, every day. It quickly became one of the most important things in my life. Within a few weeks, the pain I was experiencing had decreased, and my stress levels began to balance.
In 2019 I set out to dedicate my life to sharing the benefits of yoga as a teacher. I have trained with Yoga Teachers College for Yoga Trapeze, Vinyasa, and as a Breath Coach. I am now teaching yoga across the State of Colorado through Colorado Yoga Company, and globally as a Breath Coach.
In our breath classes you will gain the foundations of breath work, including how to use the breath for to Sleep Better, Improve Digestion, Boost Energy & Relieve Stress.
As a yoga teacher I focus on strength building, flexibility, stress management, and weight loss. My yoga teaching style utilizes mobility and movement, combined with strength building in a fun Vinyasa Flow style.
