As a full time teacher for over 20 years and mother of three, I have spent too many years allowing stress and anxiety to play a major and detrimental role in my life. Through the practice of yoga, mindfulnees and breath work, however, not only have I learned to respond to stess triggers (as opposed to reacting to them) in a calm and confident way, I have been able to help my clients with wonderful results. My mission is to help as many individuals, both young and old, to help themselves to improve they're overall health and happiness with this series of scientically proven, breathing techniques which are simple and safe to practice.
