Welcome on my webpage! My name is Anette and I am based in Germany and California. I am a Mindfulness and Resilience Coach (2017) and Yoga Teacher (2018). I completed my breathwork certification in 2020.
I often recommend breathing exercises to my clients as an additional tool to help manage their stress and emotions. Our breathing patterns have a powerful positive impact on our nervous system, mood and energy level.
I use breathwork, yoga and meditation every day for my own balance, healing and growth. I have found especially breathing exercises to be very potent and effective. These simple practices bring me deeper levels of heart and brain coherence, self-love, relaxation and joy. I hope you will benefit from them as much as I have!
