My interest in wellness and the holistic approach to mind-body healing began 15 years ago when I was diagnosed with an auto immune health condition causing me chronic pain. Prior to that, I was working at full speed in the world of finance with very little time for myself.
Having practiced Pranayama (Yoga breathing) for many years, it has been life changing for me. So, I decided to become certified and gained my Breathwork Coach certification in 2020 with the Yoga Teachers College ®
Yogic Breathing is a very powerful and effective tool to manage stress, improve sleep, digestion, energy levels, balance the mind, influence the nervous system and therefore the immune system. It has so many benefits!
It is safe, and very easy to implement into your lifestyle and become part of your daily ritual as it only takes a few minutes a day.
I offer a free 20 min discovery consultation and am available for private Yoga Breathing sessions, group courses, and 1-hour workshops.
