I first started my yoga journey when I was a high school student. I found it to be a much needed respite in my crazy world. I have always favored self-study, but would take classes when I could. As I got older, I feel in and out of my yoga journey, but it was always something I came back to in both good times and bad.

I finally took my yoga teacher training in 2017 - almost 15 years after I first started my yoga journey. I mostly wanted to dive deeper into my personal practice, but it wasn’t long before I realized that I loved teaching. I shared the things I learned with family, friends and co-workers. I fell in love with yoga even more once I learned how to properly share it with people.

Yoga is about a balance between the body, mind and spirit. Everything working together for one common goal. My sessions are a cocktail of full body stretching and toning, Vinyasa and total relaxation.
