I've spent the better part of the last 26 years diving into the best in Personal Development, Self Help, Conscious Evolution and Spirituality. I've run the experiments on my own life and have found an integrated formula of combining breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement which serves to awaken you to your Authentic Self. It's built upon keeping things simple, scientific, accessible and doable for everyone. It works if you work it and I'd love to share it with you.
Over the 26 years I've been in the fitness/wellness industry, I've been blessed to work with clients of all walks of life. My intention for every client I have the privilege of working with, is to inspire, educate, support and facilitate lasting change as it relates to getting them from where they are, to where and who they want to be. Daily breathwork is a huge part of taking this vision/intention and making it a reality.
I began practicing meditation in 2003 and started teaching it as well as breathwork to others in 2016, receiving my Teaching Certification in early 2017 from AnandaLA. My teachers have included Deepak Chopra, Paramahansa Yogananda, Goswami Kriyananda, Swami Kriyananda, Michael Bernard Beckwith and Lucas Rockwood.
